ASE The Agency for Sports Ethicsglobal mission is to create a conscious sporting environment wherein athletes are responsible and accountable for their physical wellbeing while strictly adhering to legal and ethical standards, both in and out of competition.
  Cycling Ethics Foundations works independently, but closely with the Agency for Sports Ethics, to effectuate our common goals.
ACE The Agency for Cycling Ethics protects sponsors’ investment in professional cycling through an innovative anti-doping program (longitudinal bio-markers) and an accountability business model which holds all stakeholders responsible to each-other.

MANAGEMENT

Frankie Andreu - Chairman of the Board

Frankie Andreu is one of the most popular and well-respected names in American professional cycling. He retired from racing at the end of 2000 after a 12-year professional career. During his racing career he competed in the Tour de France nine times. He was one of the team's most selfless performers and most dependable workers. Frankie is also a gifted writer as well as being a commentator on the OLN/Versus cable network.

Scott Fennel

Mr. Fennel is former intellectual property attorney well-versed in strategic planning, IP brand management, and cross-promotions. Mr. Fennel has years of experience in bringing intellectual property to market and exploiting those assets to consumers in a cost-effective manner.

Peter Foster

Mr. Foster is a Chartered Accountant and a co-founder of ICCS Partners and has more than 20 years of executive management, operations, and consulting experience in a variety of industries. Mr. Foster began his career in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has held a variety of management positions, including both CFO and acting CFO positions for public companies. Mr. Foster is a recognized expert in SOX compliance from the financial control perspective, bringing the highest level of accountability to the ACE management team.

Paul Strauss M.D.

Dr. Strauss has twenty years of clinical practice at academic institutions and is currently in practice at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Early on in his career he had professional experience with athletes of the football team, the N.Y. Jets. Dr. Strauss understands the issues of Anti-Doping from the physician's perspective. He is the physician liaison to our team medical staff and is intimately involved in developing the ACE testing and collection protocols.

Jim Winett

Mr. Winett is a co-founder of ICCS Partners and has more than 20 years of hands-on management and consulting experience, including large multi-national corporations such as Disney, Allied Signal and U-Haul. He has international experience including operations in France, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and Asia. His particular strengths lie in business development, strategic planning and operational restructuring.
